I got a new Gionee m11 but I don’t really enjoy it because of network issue. The network is always not connecting. Why?
It’s possible the problem is not from the phone but from the network provider. Some buy the phone without any form of network complain.

I bought Gionee m11 pro from jumia, the phone came in good condition but I’m not enjoying it why because, the phone doesn’t accept google play store and some apps can’t run without play store, I tried updating the phone to the newest version, it can’t still open the apps and can’t install play store …..please what will I do?

Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with your new Gionee M11 Pro. Probably you bought a version with Chinese stock firmware. It can only work well in China. Try and see if you can get a good mobile phone engineer to download and install the firmware meant for Africa or Europe which will come with the Google playstore installed.
