It’s now official guys. The long-awaited Infinix S5 Pro (X660) has been released with Helio P35 SoC, a 48MP triple camera, a pop-up selfie shooter, and a notchless display. Recall that Infinix S5 was launched last year with Helio P22 SoC, punch hole display and a quad-camera setup. Today, the company has launched the Pro version with upgraded features.
The Infinix S5 Pro is equipped with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ notchless display, which rocks an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, a screen resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels, and a pixel density of 394 ppi.
In terms of configuration and performance, the Infinix S5 Pro is built with a more sophisticated processor compare to the standard S5, matching it with a good RAM and storage capacity. The phone is powered by an Helio P35 SoC paired with 4GB RAM. The Android smartphone comes with a 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. To compete favorably with other brands, Infinix S5 Pro runs the latest Android 10- based XOS 6.0 out of the box.
Camera-wise, Infinix S5 Pro boasts of a triple rear camera setup of which the main shooter is a 48MP sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and low-light sensor. For selfies, the phone rocks a 16MP pop-up camera.
Other noteworthy features of the new Infinix phone include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 4000mAh battery with 10W fast charging technology, and 4G network.
The Infinix S5 Pro is available in Violet and Forest Green colors and the price in Nigeria is about N50,000, depending on where you are buying from.
