Xiaomi officially launched sales of its latest Xiaomi Mi 9 Android smartphone today at exactly 10:00 AM, and within 53 seconds, all available units were sold out in China. The company confirmed the lightning fast sale on Weibo this morning.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a triple rear camera setup, of which one is 48MP main shooter with a 20MP front camera. The device also features an on-display fingerprint scanner and one of the few Android smartphones in the world to feature a 855 chipset.
The specific units sold were not disclosed in the post but this certainly shows that Xiaomi Mi 9 has what it takes to record more successful sales this year.
