In terms of the overall looks on the outside, the device looks really cool. Especially the Sky Blue colored type. If you prefer something darker, the device is also available in another color, Midnight Black.
Talking about the display, Tecno Pop 2 Power comes with a 5.5-inch FullView display, with a resolution of 540 X 960 pixels. At the top left of the phone, we see the selfie camera while the LED flash comfortably sits at the top right. The volume rockers and the power button are all positioned by the right corner of the device. At the back, the fingerprint scanner stays at the center, just below the rear camera. Towards the bottom, you will find the place for the music speaker.
At the camera department, Pop 2 Power retained the same camera capacity we saw on Pop 2. For the selfie camera, the device sports an 8 MP sensor with an LED Flash. This front camera supports AI Beautification. At the rear, there is a 5 MP sensor serving as the main camera of the smartphone. Even more interesting is the 4000mAh battery that powers the device. Thanks to this battery, you can use the phone for a whole day without charging it. The only drawback here is the absence of fast charging technology.

As for the Operating System, Pop 2 runs on Android 8.1 (Go Edition). The HiOS 3.3 on the device gives you access to more content and a better user experience. With it, you won’t ever need to root the phone for certain functions. Powering this mobile phone is a Quad-core MediaTek MT6580A chipset, clocked at 1.3 GHz.
Tecno Pop 2 Power features a 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. That’s about 8 GB more than what you get on Pop 2.This memory can also be expanded to 32 GB using a MicroSD card. We know the cost is affordable, but Tecno should have given the device more RAM and storage capacity.

Also available on the android device is Face unlock and fingerprint unlock for total privacy and security. The smartphone also supports dual Nano SIMs,3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, Hotspot, etc.
How about 4G LTE? I guess Tecno is reserving that feature for probably another variant of the smartphone if at all there will be another variant. Just like they reserved the bigger battery for Pop 2 Power. But then, this is just a speculation.
