On April 2, HMD is going to launch a brand new Nokia Android smartphone dubbed Nokia X71(AKA Nokia 8.1Plus) in Taiwan. According to the invitation received and published by the company for the unveiling event taking place in Taiwan, Nokia 9 PureView will also be unveiled on the event.
The Nokia X71 will join the league of latest smartphones we’ve seen this year so far with a huge 48MP camera, such as the Oppo F11 Pro, Vivo V15 Pro, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and so on. The X71 Android smartphone will be launched globally as Nokia 8.1 Plus and will also be the first Nokia smartphone with a 48MP camera. The camera will be tagged with a 120° ultra-wide camera, both with Zeiss optics.
Not only will Nokia X71 be the first Nokia to feature a 48MP shooter, but it will also be the first phone from the brand to rock a punch hole selfie camera.
The Upcoming Nokia X71 will be armed with a 6.22-inch screen with a dual camera set up at the back. Though there are rumors that the X71 and the 8.1 will not be identical- the X71 may sport a triple camera setup at the rear. We are not sure of it now. Guess we’ll have to keep our fingers crossed.
